Digital Track Gauge is a special digital design railway measurement instrument. It is used for measuring the track gauge, check rail gauge, back to back distance, Cant (superelevation) and flangeway clearance.

The railway gauge ruler relates to a railway line measurement tool, which is an improvement on the existing railway gauge ruler, and is suitable for the measurement of the gauge, turnout parameters, level and superelevation of wide gauge, standard gauge and narrow gauge. The main technical feature is that the level bubble in the ultra-high level measuring mechanism adopts a compensation type bubble, and a zero line is engraved on the bubble, and an edge of the bubble is used to indicate the horizontal ultra-high value; the cover plate in the gauge measuring mechanism is on the edge of the ruler. The corresponding position is fixed with two screws, so that the magnifying glass on the fixed cover indicates that the scribe line is a free telescopic end relative to the screw fixing position, which eliminates the temperature error. The main advantage is that it can be automatically measured, not affected by temperature, the mechanism is simple, and it is easy to maintain.

The measured values are clearly displayed on a large OLED display . Night-time and tunnel work ,legible even in direct sunlight are supported . All datas can be in one view in real-time . The speical display design can be flipped to show the inverse image ,this allow to work by right hand as well as left one.

The strong temperature compensation function eliminates the influence of temperature expansion and cold contraction on the measured values’accuracy.This guarantees the device can work normally at -30~+55 degrees. GJC-TJG Series also obtain CE Certification and CRCC Approval.
